Job purpose: Successfully cooperate with business development team to grow market; maintain and develop client portfolio, including new clients, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target

Main responsibilities:
• Proactively identify client’s insurance need and requirements by understanding their profile and proposing proper insurance program
• Cooperate with team members to make client approach plan for specific projects and provide technical consulting service for marine products mainly P&I, Hull, Energy and facultative marine reinsurance
• Up-sale and cross sale
• Be in charge of technical proposal and placement for assigned clients
• Assist the regional marine/risk team to carry out risk surveys, analyse and prepare underwriting reports for major clients
• Prepare for presentation and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
• Manage the contract and provide daily service to clients during the year
• Manage the preparation of bids and tenders or join the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
• Coordinate with relevant parties or WTW group experts to organize seminar workshop/training for clients
• Coordinate with relevant parties and Accounting Department to assure premium and/or commission collection
• Monitor, implement client visit under coordination of account manager (sale person) as well as handle their complaints and be proactive in getting support from superior
• Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients, ensure client satisfaction in claim settlement for marine risks
• Assist the HOD and sale team to provide consulting insurance service to prospects and clients to ensure successfully develop and grow client portfolio in the team

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

– University degree
– At least 05 years experience in insurance with broker or insurer at senior level of execution
– Knowledgeable in concepts, principles, practices, applications, insurance standard
– Deep understanding of legal, marine/energy insurance concepts and consulting processing
– High integrity
– Well client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
– Strong presentation and negotiation skills
– Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
– Willing to work under high pressure
– Fluent in both English & Vietnamese
