Claims handling (Property and Engineering)
– Receive loss notification from clients and guide relevant procedures.
– Calculate and make claims reserve into company system.
– Check relevant information on insurance policy and coverage in connection with claims.
– Conduct site survey or coordinate with appointed loss adjuster to investigate the loss.
– Check quotation, calculate and handles claims in an efficient manner.
– Check, follow-up recovery from Co-insurer (if any).
Data/system management, reporting and claim administration.
– Open, monitor and maintain adequate claim files.
– Ensure all claims data is properly inputted into company systems.
– Provide data and information to internal/external bodies for making related reports.
– Assist Line Manager in claims administration issues.
- Other tasks as required by Line Manager / Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc
– University graduation in relevant discipline, preferably in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical, Insurance…
– 1-2 years of experience in claims field, preferably non-life insurance.
– English literacy (both spoken and written).
– Computer literate with common Office packages.
– Good inter-personal skills, clients focus, self-initiative and team player.
